Assalamualaikum . Hi everyone ! How your day ? Hope getting well day by days ! Okey alhamdulilah . Im here to talk about i have done the internship yay ! Officially done 1 semester . Yay 1 semester left b4 i finish my diploma . Alhamdulilah ya Allah time flies so fastttt . I felt like just enter university and now im about to finish itttt ! Wowww .
This is the prove that i have done my internship yay thank you so much kakak2 especially kak rabi and kak mira . Gonna miss all of youu . Thank you for the great experience and knowledge . Im really appreciate . May Allah bless all of you .
Hey ili what are going to talk about haa ? Okey take a deep breath . Then releaseee . Hehe . Okey i gonna share my internship experience with you guys ! Haha . Especially who take quantity surveying course no matter where . You guys going to face the internship world where you guy gonna learn the real world of construction which for me a bit tough . Its divide into two either in consultant or contractor . The scope of work is a lil bit different bcus as you all know pre-contract stage for consultant and post-contract stage for contractor .
Pre stage :
Taking off, preliminaries estimate, feasibility study,billing, pre tender pricing, tender report, evaluation of tender, consultant meeting etc.
Post stage :
Site valuation,prepare final acc, progress claim, financial statement, variation order, site meeting etc .
Okey that is the scope of work for quantity surveyor . Actually either in consultant nor contractor, both have their own pros and cont . Its not the place of intern that matter, its about how you bring up yourself to learn and to explore new things ! Its also depend on your interest . When you go into the construction world, then only you will know what actually do you want in your life . Did you really want to be a qs ? Or maybe a lecturer or maybe u not interested at all .
As a qs , we must to be firm . Especially to sub-contractor . My sv said it to me. If not you going to bombarded by them . And also as a qs you must have your own credibility. Never get lured by wealth or money . Wrong is wrong .

ahaaa thank you for gave a trust on me to be the mc for an important event for the handover project at the regency hotel ! yay i did it . hehe
the things that you need when you got a viva with supervisor lecturer . im so nervouss on that day . 2 hour in meeting room . she ask me everything about the project T.T and i ' goreng' ! hehe . anyways, i hope u give me a high mark because i done my best ! hehe
the important task as a qs is taking off . if you dont know how to take off . you must learnnnn or just forget your dream about being a quantity surveyor . that is basic okey adik-adik . hehe
p/s : Ya Allah . Im really hope i got a result with a flying colour . Im really hope that i got straight dean list until im finish this diploma. Im desperately want anugerah naib canselor . Pray for me .
